ExcellGene scientists have generated one of the fastest growing and robust mammalian host cell line for high yield large-scale manufacturing of recombinant proteins. The CHOExpress TM host cell line is based on the original DG44 CHO cell line, established by Chasin and Urlaub. The CHOExpress TM host cell line and more importantly, recombinant cell lines derived thereof, present phenotypic features most appropriate for large-scale manufacturing.
